By browsing this site you accept these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it. Your personal data is covered by the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy.
03.Acceptable use
You can read the site, share its links and quote its content with credit. You may not:
- use the site or the form to send spam, illegal content or other people’s data without their permission;
- try to access non-public areas, interfere with how it works or flood it with automated traffic;
- impersonate OnlyRodas or anyone else.
04.Intellectual property
The text, designs, images, animations, code and the OnlyRodas™ brand belong to OnlyRodas, except what belongs to third parties, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify or use them commercially without my written permission.
05.Case studies and third-party brands
The case studies show work I did for clients or on my own initiative, for portfolio purposes only: to document my experience and how I work.
- Client brands, trade names, logos, products and images belong to their respective owners. They appear here for illustration only, and that doesn’t imply any affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement on their part.
- I don’t use them for any commercial purpose other than showing my work, and I don’t publish my clients’ confidential information.
- If you own a brand or content shown here and want me to remove or change it, email [email protected] with the content and the page. I’ll remove or adjust it within 10 business days, no further steps needed.
The same applies if you believe any other content on the site infringes your rights: let me know at the same address and I’ll review it right away.
06.Quotes and services
What you see on the site (services, process and ways of working) is for information only and is not a binding offer. Each project is quoted separately: the quote I send you states its scope, price and validity, and work starts only when we both accept a proposal or contract in writing. That document prevails over these terms.
07.No guarantee of results
Each case describes the context, the decisions and what happened in that project. Results depend on each business, its market and its execution, so they don’t guarantee the same results in other projects. Nothing on this site is legal, financial or any other kind of advice.
08.Use of artificial intelligence
I use artificial intelligence tools as part of my design and development process. Some images and illustrations on the site (for example, the page headers) are created or edited with AI under my direction. The screens in the case studies show the real projects, sometimes presented in mockups.
09.Calls and external links
I use Google Calendar to book calls, and the site links to other services such as Instagram and LinkedIn. Their own terms and policies apply when you use them; I don’t control their content and I’m not responsible for it.
10.Availability and liability
I work to keep the site running and its information accurate, but it may contain errors or go down, and it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, I’m not liable for damages arising from using the site or being unable to use it. I’m also not liable for how third parties use the information published here. Nothing here limits rights the law gives you that can’t be waived by contract.
11.Severability
If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If I don’t enforce a clause at some point, that doesn’t mean I waive it.
12.Changes
I may update these terms. The current version is the one published on this page, dated at the top.
13.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, and any dispute will go to the competent courts of Colombia. If you use the site as a consumer from another country, you keep the mandatory protections of the law where you live.
