Arias Law
A law firm takes back control of its website

brief.json
Redesign of the website for Arias, a multinational law firm. The firm relied on an outside agency for any change. I reorganized the site around attorneys and practice areas. And I gave the team a CMS to run it on its own.

01Challenge
A site the firm couldn’t touch
Arias is a leading multinational law firm. It relied on an outside advertising agency for any change to its site and couldn’t publish legal insights on its own. On top of that, the old site was hard to navigate and didn’t reflect the firm’s standing.

02Goals
Letting the firm speak for itself
I started from three goals. A site that’s easy to use and update in-house. A showcase for the attorneys, their practice areas and expertise. And a CMS to publish weekly updates, newsletters and articles. All in a clean, formal design in the brand colors: white and deep red.

03UX approach
What matters, first
I reorganized the site’s structure to put legal services, attorney bios and useful content first. I simplified every interaction so people find the right person or resource on any device. With the CMS, the marketing team edits copy, publishes articles and manages profiles without calling a developer.

04Result
A firm that owns its site
The change was structural. Arias runs its own platform, updates profiles and keeps the site current without outside help. And the site finally looks like the firm: formal, reliable and well organized.
